What type of guests will be staying at the property?
Our typical guests include business professionals, traveling nurses, digital nomads, and families in transition. We do not host parties or allow disruptive stays, ensuring a quiet and respectful environment.
How long are your typical guest stays?
While we accommodate short-term stays, most of our guests stay for extended periods ranging from a couple days to 90 days. Our corporate clients often book long-term stays for business assignments.
Do you sign long-term leases, and how long do you typically rent a property?
Yes, we prefer long-term leases, typically ranging from one to three years. This provides landlords with stable and guaranteed income without the risks of vacancies or tenant turnover.

How do you handle rent payments, and can I expect payments on time?
Rent payments are made on time every month through automated bank transfers. Since Vega Stays operates as a business, you receive rent consistently, just like you would with a commercial tenant.
Do you pay a security deposit?
Yes, we provide a security deposit, just like a traditional tenant, to ensure peace of mind for landlords.
Will I need to furnish the property, or does Vega Stays handle that?
We can work with either furnished or unfurnished properties. If the property is unfurnished, we take care of furnishing it with high-quality, durable furniture to ensure it meets guest expectations.
Who covers utilities and maintenance costs?
Vega Stays covers all utilities unless the property says otherwise. If not specified on the lease we will include electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and gas. We also handle maintenance issues. For major repairs, we coordinate with the landlord as per lease terms.
Can you provide references from other landlords you’ve worked with?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide references from landlords who have successfully partnered with us and can vouch for our reliability.

How do you ensure my property is well-maintained and protected?
